Elder Scrolls 5 Cheats?

Will Elder Scrolls 5 have Cheats? I am sure the PC version will contain the Console where you can get pretty much any item. But will the console versions of Elder Scrolls 5 have those glitch's similar to Elder Scrolls Oblivion? I personally could care either way as if the people want to use cheats or glitches to beat the game fast or become the best it is up to them. however I will not make that mistake again as it made the game to easy and lowered the gaming experience I could have had first time playing through the game. Well we still have little less then 10 months to wait.
